WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Three small things before we see you.
Nothing scary, nothing complicated, just a heads-up so your appointment feels easy when you walk in.
Step One
Check your phone
You'll get a confirmation text in the next few minutes with a link to your intake forms. They take just a few minutes and save us time on the day of.
Step Two
Fill out the intake
Tell us a little about your family, your history, and what's bringing you in. The more you share, the more useful your first visit will be.
Step Three
Come on in
Show up a few minutes early. Bring whoever — kids, partner, grandma. We'll greet you with a smile and a warm hello.
DAY-OF TIPS
A few things that make the visit easier.
Your first visit is everything in one sitting; consult, INSiGHT scan, Report of Findings, and your first adjustment. Plan on about 45 minutes from arrival to walking out.
45 minutes all in one visit
Anything you can move easily in. Gowns will be provided for scans. Most patients stay in what they walked in with. Layers are nice; the office stays on the cooler side.
Wear comfortable clothes
Kids, spouses, baby in a carrier, all are welcome. Even if today is just for you, it's helpful for little ones to see the space before their own visit.
Bring the whole family if you'd like.
The INSiGHT scan reads your nervous system more accurately when you're not running on empty. A normal meal and a glass of water is plenty.
Hydrate and eat something.
Recent labs, imaging, or notes from other providers can help us see the bigger picture. But don't stress if you don't have them. We start where you are.
Bring relevant records(if you have them)
We are mainly a cash-pay practice. But we are in network with BCBS & Medicare. But bring your HSA or FSA card if you'd like to use it. We can also walk you through CareCredit on the day of, if that helps.
HSA, FSA & Care Credit accepted
See you soon!
Take a breath. You've got the hard part done.
